Exceptions to this policy are items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective. We will replace or refund via the original payment method for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of your item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.

If you need to cancel an order after you place it, be sure to let us know ASAP. As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it successfully.
