👉 We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

What is Route Package Protection?

Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Missing and stolen shipments are a common occurrence. Route ensures that if your package was marked as 'Delivered' but never arrives, you will be covered.

We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.

You may opt in and out of Route Package Protection in your shopping cart.

 

How does Route work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds Or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes.

  • In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.
  • Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

 Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.
  •  Stuck In Transit (Lost)
Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
  •  Damaged
Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

What If My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?

Route definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route Package Protection at checkout.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged? 

Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout. 

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

Our name will appear as "Raincoats Inc" on your credit card statement.


📦 Shipping info

All orders are shipped in nondescript envelopes or boxes.

The "Condomania" name will NOT appear on the outside of your package.

We do not sell or trade our mailing and email lists with any other organizations, nor do we send unsolicited (spam/junk) mail.

Condoms, like many consumer products, are not intended to withstand extreme heat or cold. Although Condomania exerts every effort to meet the needs of our customers for shipping choices, we cannot prevent your package from being left out in the weather or left in public places. 

Please note that Condomania usually doesn't ship on weekends or US Holidays.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address. Please make sure that your PayPal address & Apple Pay address are up to date as the delivery address will automatically be inputted if paying with either of those.

We ship to the address provided during checkout, so please double-check that your info is correct BEFORE checking out. Once your order is placed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Orders are processed as quickly as humanly possible. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

 

📦 Canada, UK, and Japan

Benzocaine and Lidocaine are two chemicals that appear in some of our items. Due to local laws and restrictions in Canada, UK, and Japan, we are unable to sell items containing benzocaine and lidocaine to customers in these countries.

 

📦 International Shipping

All International orders are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, be aware that for heavier or more bulky orders Condomania reserves the right to impose higher fees to cover any extra postage or fees we incur fulfilling your order. 

Condomania is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

We often get queries from customers asking if we can understate or, in some fashion, leave out the true value of the order on customs declarations for international orders. Unfortunately we cannot do that. It is against the law.

Condomania is not responsible for meeting the shipping requirements of any individual country. The customer must be well-informed of local rules and regulations and contact us about meeting the requirements for any specific order to be shipped internationally.

 

❤️ Returns: We won't leave you hanging. 


All sales are final.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. This is for the safety and peace of mind of our customers, including you!

Exceptions to this policy are items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective.  We will replace or refund via the original payment method for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.  

You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of your item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
