Why Use a Large Size Condom
When it comes to choosing a condom, size matters. But as a bigger guy, you already know that.
A large-size condom will boost your comfort and confidence in the bedroom. And, it provides better protection against pregnancy and STIs.
Remember, condoms are 98% effective ONLY if you wear them correctly, and that means choosing the right size.
Do You Really Need a Large Size Condom?
Only about 15% of guys need a bigger condom size. Use the size chart above to see if a large-size condom is right for you. There are also some common signs that you might need to shop for larger condoms. They include:
👉 Lack of sensation during sex: Tight condoms can restrict the sensation you feel during sex and eventually cause you to lose your erection.
Guys who have these issues tend to think that they just don’t like condoms. This can lead to sub-par sex life, or worse, an unwanted pregnancy or infection.
But there is a condom size and style for everyone. And when you find yours, you’ll know it—and so will your partner. The right condom gives you more confidence and sensation in the bedroom.

LELO Hex 'Respect' XL Condoms
"I found the Respect to be comfortable, and it stayed in place due to the hexagonal construction, which provides tiny little ridges everywhere.
My partner said she could feel the texture too.
All in all, a pleasurable experience for us both. Condoms, don't leave home without them!"
LifeStyles Skyn Elite Large Size Condoms
"These fit well, and they feel and stretch much better than normal non-latex polyurethane condoms."
How to Find a Large-Size Condom that Fits

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I need large condoms?
Measure your erect girth at the widest point. If it's 56mm+ in width, standard condoms will be tight; large condoms will fit better. If it's 60mm+, look at extra-large. If standard condoms feel restrictive or constrict your erection, that's the signal — try large.
What's the difference between large and extra-large condoms?
Width. Large condoms are typically 56-58mm. Extra-large is 60mm+. The difference may sound small, but it's noticeable in fit. See our extra-large condoms for the larger sizes.
Are large condoms more expensive?
Slightly. Large condoms typically cost $1-2 more per box than standard sizes due to using more latex. The difference is small.
Will a large condom fall off if I don't need it?
Yes — too-large condoms slip during sex, which reduces protection. The right size fits snugly without constricting. If you're between sizes, go smaller.
Are large condoms latex-free options available?
Yes. LifeStyles SKYN Elite Large uses polyisoprene (latex-free) in a large size. For more latex-free options, see our non-latex condoms.
